Account and data deletion

Delete your Detective Lands account

Account deletion is permanent. Your identity and associated game data cannot be restored afterward.

From the app

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Select Delete account.
  3. Review the data that will be removed and continue.
  4. Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and select Delete permanently.

Without the app

Email us from the address linked to your Detective Lands account. Use the subject Account deletion request. We will verify control of the account before completing the deletion.

What is deleted

The authentication identity, profile, nickname, faction, wallet ledger, land ownership and activity, last location-validation record, mission progress, ranking contribution and advertising reward records associated with the account are deleted. Anonymous parcel geometry may remain because it carries no player identifier.
